Free graduation art exhibitions in Japan

Last weekend, I visited the graduation art exhibition of the Kuwasawa Design School. Did you know that graduation exhibitions are free?

It's a great and cheap way to spend your weekend in Tokyo. Every art university is having these kind of exhibitions in Japan. Most of the art university's have a English website, where you can check out the schedule of free exhibitions. You can meet future designers, and also people, who are already working in the art industry.

Japanese Product Design: Luka Yasukawa

I really like the product design of this chair. It took him 5 months to develop this chair. Please have a look:

Mexican Food in Nakameguro, Tokyo

I just remember the great drink I had there: The Bloodymaria. It is similar to a Bloody Mary, but tequila takes the place of vodka. The food was amazing too.

It's hidden in the heart of Nakameguro. I part of the city, where you usually find super expensive restaurants, designer art, and fashion stores. Visit Nakameguro at night, that's the best time to enjoy a real Mexican cocktail. Enjoy.
